Research & Development

We have developed a research and development unit with an aim to formulate new chemicals & enhance the effectiveness of current range. Our unit is equipped with advanced testing equipment which is manned by well versed and experienced experts. This enables us to test the existing range for effectiveness and purity.

R&;D unit is duly taken care of by our research professionals who keep themselves abreast of latest technologies that help us to enhance the composition of chemicals. The objective of R&;D unit is to minimize any type of drawbacks from the existing chemical formulation process. Our regular research activities also allow us to offer an innovative range and hence increasing the level of customer satisfaction.

Our Facilities

Our sound infrastructure set-up enables us to carry out smooth processing of our chemicals in the best possible manner. It features well developed and managed manufacturing unit, quality testing unit, and storage unit. Our sophisticated manufacturing unit is spread across 4000 square feet and equipped with requisite machines to enhance the formulation of Speciality chemicals.

Some of the machinery installed for manufacturing chemicals by Chlorosulfonation and Esterification reaction are given below

• Thermic fluid Heaters

We also possess a quality Control laboratory wherein we undertake multiple tests to ensure purity of chemicals. It also assists us in laying specs. of product development. Our spacious storage unit houses the finished products safely, and ensures no foreign particle get mixed with our chemicals. Our factory located at Taloja MIDC is nearer to Bombay, Bhiwandi and JNPT. Bhiwandi is the place where all road transport offices and godowns are located. This enables us to deliver our chemical range to any part of India. JNPT i.e. Nhava Sheva Port is just 25 Km. from Taloja which enable us to conveniently export the range via sea.
